He works in the field of SME financing since 2002. He has experience in bank institutions in Ukraine and Russia, the last 9 years in the team of bank advisers in the consulting firm IPC GmbH (Germany), participated in the projects of international financial institutions (EBRD, KfW).

He is a practical consultant in the agrolending, it is better word, lending to rural and urban SMEs. Since 2012, he has been actively involved in various projects and programs on energy efficiency in South-Eastern and Eastern Europe.

The main activities:

  • SME lending and customer service in financial institutions (working out, implementation, support and development of direction);
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes of directions on work with the SME segment;
  • Market analysis;
  • Loan portfolio management;
  • Management of bad debts and the credit risk assessment;
  • «Green finance» in financial institutions (training, market research, implementation, monitoring).

As a business coach, he has extensive experience in conducting both classroom learning and workplace training in all fields related to SME lending and servicing.

Specialization: working out, implementation support and development the areas of service of small and medium enterprises customers in banks, analysis and optimization of business processes of directions on work with SME segment, estimation of economic activities of small and large enterprises, wide range of research, market analysis, implementation of financial competence projects.

  • Coordination of SME business direction at the level of the Head Office;

Specialization: working out, implementation, support and development of directions of service of small and medium business customers in banks, analysis and optimization of business processes of the directions on the SME segment, Lending SMEs in rural areas and the agricultural sector.

Participation in international projects in the directions:

  • Coordination of business — SME direction at the level of the Head Office;
  • Regional development of SME direction, launching of regional divisions;
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes of SME direction in banks;
  • Diagnosis and management of the problematic loan portfolio;
